"Before joining 'Let's Master Professions,' I had no trade, no income, and little hope for the future. During the training I learned the art of barbering — how to cut hair, how to welcome clients, how to run my own business. Today I have my own barbershop in Bineqedi and I employ two young people. GTDIB didn't just give me a profession — they gave me my life back. I am deeply grateful to them."
"When I came to the 'Our First Profession' training, I had nothing but hope. I learned sewing from scratch — how to choose fabrics, how to create patterns, how to produce quality garments. After the training ended, I opened my own workshop. Now I teach young women in Nesimi district — I'm giving them the same opportunity GTDIB gave me. This project changed my life, and now I'm changing others' lives too."
"The 'Improving Youth Professional Skills' project was a turning point for me. I grew up in a village with no digital skills — finding a job was nearly impossible. During the training I learned computer literacy, online sales, and social media marketing. Now I run my own small online business in Ismayilli — I sell local artisans' products on the internet. Before, I had no income; now I have a stable monthly revenue. I am truly grateful to GTDIB."

The training gave me vocational skills and, more importantly, it gave me confidence in myself.
